Welcome to our membership community! Our goal is to provide a platform where everyone can enjoy their work with ProducePay members while maintaining a safe and fair environment. As a member of our community, you are expected to abide by the following guidelines. These guidelines are designed to ensure a secure and transparent trading and professional environment for all members. By using our marketplace and services, you agree to adhere to these guidelines.

We may update these Digital User Guidelines from time to time – you can find the latest version on this page.

Violating the user guidelines may result in your removal of any content or material you’ve contributed that violates guidelines, suspend or terminate your membership and access to ProducePay marketplace and services, legal action, and/or reimbursement for damages.

The following is not permitted while using ProducePay’s websites, applications, and services:

• Fraudulent behavior: Do not engage in any fraudulent behavior, such as misrepresenting the quality or quantity of produce or misrepresenting your financial situation. Any attempts at fraud will be met with severe consequences, including legal action and immediate termination of your membership.
• Harassment and discrimination: Do not engage in any form of harassment or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, nationality, or any other personal characteristic. We take such behavior very seriously, and any reports of such behavior will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of your membership.
• Misuse of platform: Do not misuse our platform for any purpose other than what it was intended for. This includes attempts to manipulate the marketplace, spamming, or engaging in any activity that could compromise the security of our platform.

We want to support the produce industry broadly, but you cannot use ourservices if we’ve previously terminated your account on any of our services. We also prohibit attempts to circumvent prior enforcement actions, including through the creation of new accounts.
